  2. I have been praying about dying to self and a more intense and deeper denying of the flesh and its desires. I believe this fast is very timely and directed by God.

  3. I look at fasting as the anti-biotics in the spiritual relm; through obediance of our physician(God)there is a lot of change, restoration, healing, and many deep things of the flesh being loosened and removed.

  4. I look at fasting as the anti-biotics of the spiritual relm. When we obey our Godly physician we recieve healing, restoration, and many other blessings in our life. I guess it good for the takes a church body to fast for all the junk that gets into the church too. I need to hold my self accountable for my own mess that I have brought in.
